A recap of every week: how many incidents, which were actively exploited, the highest CVSS scores, confirmed breaches and supply-chain items, with links to each entry. Weeks run Monday-Sunday in Pacific time (America/Los_Angeles) and incidents are counted by the date they were first seen. Everything is taken from the same entries as the homepage.
